Therapy

Two trees side by side symbolizing queer partners growing together in couples therapy

Queer and transgender couples face unique stressors and deserve care from someone who deeply understands these complexities.

I bring extensive experience in providing affirming, depth-oriented therapy for LGBTQIA+ partners navigating identity, intimacy, and connection.

Common Themes We May Explore:

  • Changes in gender identity or expression and their impact on the relationship

  • Opening relationships, navigating non-monogamy, and exploring polyamory

  • Coping with stigma, discrimination, or lack of family support around queer identity

  • Building and sustaining chosen family and community connections

  • Pregnancy, parenting and raising children outside of heteronormative frameworks

  • Living with and supporting partners affected by HIV/AIDS

  • Exploring sexual intimacy and desire within a queer-affirming lens

Every relationship has its own rhythm and complexity. In our work together, I aim to create a space where both partners feel seen and supported — a space that encourages authenticity, repair, and deeper connection.
